Process Floor Plan Error

   I am using sketchup 2022 and the latest 5.1.8 version of FrameBuilder-MRD
I will disclose that although a CAD designer for 10+ years with solidworks, autocad, and several years in sketchup, I am a newbie for Framebuilder-MRD so I may very well be making fundamental settings or errors , apologize in advance.

It seems I can get through drawing a floor plan what looks successful. However, everytime I try to process a floorplan or create a well elevation tool , it wants to draw a flat surface at 0,0,0 and no thickness?

Is there a setting that is keeping me from processing the 3d elevation or a bug with 2022 and latest version of Framebuilder-MRD ?
