Step 1  Create a wall or walls for a beam
Click the beam icon then click the beam icon on the tool bar
that will pop up
Click Draw>Beam>Draw a Beam
The properties menu will pop up, change settings according to specifications
Click on the exact point which the beam should be placed
Then click to the next point
The beam will be drawn
